Flint Hills Fire & Rescue officially started business in 2001.  Our first truck was a 6X6 fire truck built for the Potwin, Kansas Fire Department.  We were painting this truck during the week of September 11 2001, it was an eerie sight to see a sky with no planes...

Since 2001, we have grown to building brush trucks, wiring police and other emergency response vehicles of all types. 

We also maintain all types of emergency vehicles.  The owner of Flint Hills Fire & Rescue, Mark Riddle, is EVT Certified and has nearly 30 years experience working on all types of equipment.  Ambulances, fire apparatus, police vehicles, auxiliary equipment related to emergency vehicles, hydraulic generators, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, multiplexing etc.  We are your one stop for all problems with your vehicle. 

We strive to be efficient in our process, but consistency over the long run is our goal.  We don’t have time to do it over, so we do it right the first time.  Our methods are time proven, we warranty our workmanship for one year and the products we carry all have a warranty that is industry leading.  We also believe that we don’t want to see you here often, we want to see you when you are ready for your next vehicle.  You cant do your job if we don’t do ours.
